When I was in third grade I had a cast that went up to my arm pit like yours. It was hell sharpening pencils at the wall mounted sharpener. (I guess you don't have to worry about that ;))
Good think it's not summer. But, I guess if it was summer you wouldn't have slipped on the ice and broken it in the first place.
